Ik ben van plan actief te worden bij mijn studievereniging en misschien nog een sportvereniging (of de campusgym / basic), zo zat ik onder andere in de galacommissie en de ICT commissie van Alembic in 2023. In een huis zoek ik naar een beetje leven. Er is vaak wat te doen en er word samen gekookt en gegeten. My name is Janka, I’m turning 19 in July, and I live in Hungary, in a small town next to the Capital. I just finished high school, where I was in a French bilingual class, and I got accepted to the University of Groningen to study psychology as of September. I love music in all shapes and forms, dancing, going out and having fun, and also calm nights with a cocoa and deep convos. I love parks, museums, sitting in a café while it’s raining, playing chess next to a beautiful view. I’m very passionate and full of emotions. I love living, I love people - getting to know them, trying to understand them, listening to them -, and I would say I’m a very energetic and positive person. I don’t judge or criticise others. I don’t like conflict, so I always try to find the most peaceful way to deal with disagreements. I’m extremely clean and organized, so that’s never a problem for me. Studying psychology and later working in this field is my biggest dream, and to be able to start this part of my life in Groningen is just the cherry on top. Finding accommodation here though is a great challenge, but I really hope I’ll be able to get through this as well, and start to live my dream life. ❤️
